Whats the addon that announces CDs like Chi-Ji or BoS?

My main concerns are the 20 yard, that has to go it's just really bad in M+ it will very rarely heal ranged allies and in raid it will lead to frustrations very quickly. I'm slightly worried about the cooldown reductions going almost too fast especially on renewing mist in particular when getting the 200% bonus because then renewing mist cool downs 3x faster for 8 seconds. Some GCD might end up wasted on spells available that could be cast but no time for them. Which leads into a mana concern. We don't know the mana cost of celestial conduit yet. The rise in rising sun kick resets means more mana consumption, so does the cooldown reduction on the multiple Yu'lon buffed spells and potentially using refreshing jade wind all lead to potential mana issues. It would suck to end up not using spells that get reset or cooldown faster because of mana. Most of the tree would goes to waste outside of very quick raid fights then. And the last concern I have is the fact that almost nothing in the entire tree is controlled by the player. You basically only decide when to use celestial conduit, when to use the Yu'lon buff (and even then you might want to sheilun for itself and not for the new buff), and when to use the Niuzao buff. Everything else is a proc % chance and/or random targets you cannot control. Obviously in m+ it's overall less of an issue but in raid I'm not super excited to add even more layers of stuff I can't control. It's already my main issue with the spec but this tree is only making it worse. At this point the videogame is healing for you you're just doing a dps rotation with some healer CDs for the lols but it's a bit strange. I find it weird that druids complain about their trees healing for them but then mistweaver control like 10% of their targets in terms of HPs and find it ok. I'm looking forward to see the tree in action as i quite like the theme and it's nice to see some fistweaving love after how soothing mist centric the past seasons have sadly been. I'm also slightly worried that the fact that the tree works so little for windwalkers bring changes to the tree potentially making it less interesting for mistweaver.
