@@Capone901 Stukent updates their program but perhaps these are still the same? I survived because my teacher reset these rounds multiple times for me & ultimately understood it was the program itself that had the problem, not my methods. I feel your pain! Sorry this wasn’t more helpful!

The Gag order against Trump and his attorneys is unconstitutional, also it was 454 million in fines and penalties. @ 2:42 you said, Clinton had documents in his sock drawer that he turned over. Wrong again. DC federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that Clinton has sole authority to determine what is personal. Clinton never turned the tapes, not documents over and this was never appealed.

You forgot to mention that the reason half the country doesn’t like Trump is because of fake news that has brainwashed them into believing all those lies about him! They certainly haven’t done their own research.
All of these cases are only there to interfere with him becoming president again. Ironically the cases have galvanized his base and supporters, and they have turned some voters towards him. Lastly, the cases are showing rational people what the government will do to keep power and that is turning people away from Biden. The liberal media is going out of the way to make these cases look legitimate and not point out the manipulative and quasilegal nature of the cases and the political nature of the judges and legal system. The E. Jean Carrol case is one few understand. The democratic legislature changed the civil law to allow the survivors of sexual assault to file a civil case without regards to the statute of limitations. This law change only was in effect for 12 months - time for her to file, but not open the floodgates. A total of six cases were filed, and only hers was allowed to go forward. In the five denied cases they sited "lack of evidence." Carrol couldn't state what day, month or year the assault happened, never told anyone about the incident after it happened, and had no evidence to show for the incident. She claimed rape, but the jury didn't find that credible, but did think he stuck his finger in her. So, how you believe one and not both I don't understand. Carrol couldn't say when this happened because DT's time is accounted for 24/7/365. The case and reward were laughable ad only there to hurt his campaign. No honest court would allow this case to be filed. All ow the cases are just as hinkey, if not more so. If you don't like him just don't vote for him.
Shame you're not Trump's attorney. You make it sound like a cut and dry case of trump can do no wrong. But trump didn't turn over the documents and he kept them in a ballroom and a bathroom and next to a copy machine. Even if it's not a crime, shouldn't he at least be very embarrassed that he called and begged for votes to be found in Georgia? It's also shameful that he complains that Cohen can't be trusted because he lied on the stand but he did so for Trump's benefit. And they seem to have evidence that trump was well aware that he was falsifying business records regarding hiding the truth from voters which robbed them of the full value of their vote. I will say you're among the first people I've ever seen who appears to be on Trump's side and yet you speak calmly instead of yelling like a maniac. Nice work on that front.
Trump had documents at his house with the highest level of secrecy and kept them and concealed then and that’s the difference, as a lawyer you make a great nurse!

@dannydarko371, Trump also had those documents secured with the highest level! He didn’t have them in a sock drawer, nor in his garage laid out on his corvette. Pence had no right to have them as a VP. And why is Biden too old for trial?

The President's position is unique in that the President is allowed to declassify documents. Biden can’t make the same excuse for the documents he had in his garage. He wasn’t the President. Mike Pence can’t claim any excuse either, as he was Vice President. It's unreasonable (and suspicious) to charge only Trump with a crime--no one else.

Thank you for explaining that so clearly. My question is: how, with the law and constitution, is this allowed to happen? If judges and lawyers are not executing the above mentioned, according to the “oaths” they have taken, continue w/o a superior body overruling these illegal fiascos? I just can’t wrap my head around these judges and lawyers having no accountability!

Most of the people I know were simply given an opportunity. They applied to a position like Case Management or Utilization Review in an acute care hospital or outpatient setting, or with an insurance company. Many are nurses but there are plenty of skilled professionals working in this field who are not. There are a lot of remote position possibilities, too. Various certifications can put you in a better position to be hired and are available online. I have my certified clinical documentation certification from: acdis.org/certification. This particular certification required me to work in the field for 2 years before I could test. I do not represent this organization, nor they me. It can be difficult to suss out legitimate certifications. The best way would be to ask potential employers, or people working in the business what certifications they have, or how they got started, and explore what makes sense for you. Good luck!
Hello. Thanks for this video. Can the LPN get certified as a UM/UR ?
I have only seen RN's work in Utilization Management and Case Management in the acute care hospital setting. There may be other settings where you can work UM/CM/ or coding/billing as an LPN. Coders--both inpatient and outpatient--can get various certifications without a medical background (although it helps).
I am an LVN in California working in the acute care hospital setting; case management. I do interquals, manage LOS, enter orders, etc.
I am an LVN interested in applying for UM/case management in California your video is exactly what I was looking for in getting familiarized with UM, thank you for this presentation

Thank you for your comment! Systems like Interqual are an attempt to apply an objective standard of care. It is difficult to apply one standard to every human experience. A challenge is to develop better next steps for a safe, appropriate discharge from the acute care setting. The patient can continue to receive the care they need within the bounds of the resources available.

Thank you, and go for it! UM is a different type of advocacy for patients. Another word: Navigator. Patients, especially now, need Navigators to be successful in today's healthcare arena.

Stukent updated their program in Fall 2022, and I Feel there are true problems with Rounds 7-9. I don’t think I can tell you specifically what worked for me but I will tell you that Rounds 7-9, as of right now, definitely have a ringer. What I mean by this is there’s no particular strategy other than to choose the person you least expect! 😉
