Kimmel Studio Architects is an architecture firm based in Annapolis, MD.
The architecture designed by Kimmel Studio Architects has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects (Architect Of The Year," Chesapeake Bay Chapter, 2019; Excellence in Design 2020), Home & Design (Top Architect H&D Portfolio), Houzz (Best of Houzz Design) -- and our very happy clients!
The head of our team, Devin Kimmel, is trained as a landscape architect as well as an architect. This results in a holistic approach to design, where nature is not an afterthought but an integral part of the process. Our ability to artfully integrate buildings into their landscapes separates Kimmel Studio Architects from the rest.
Most of the houses we design are large. We do welcome the challenge, however, of fashioning small yet elegant spaces. We also develop plans for flats, memorials, museums, restaurants, and campuses.
