Sitting here listening to you while turning a fifty cent paring knife into a one dollar patch knife. Inexpensive isn't in any way a bad thing unless someone is trying to bullshit you into believing it's something else. The pen? Everyone should have and carry one. It's a good $10 value. The bag, I would have said soft tackle box. Does it fit any small boxes you have? I've got a Plano bag approx the same size that packs three or four plastic Plano boxes. Not sure which. Maybe a shaving/hygiene kit? A bag for crafting tools? Leather working bag? Webbing work? Paracord? Not a bad looking bag, and I can see a few uses but $15 tops? The light....I have tons of lights. Doesn't matter the lumens, I would have tossed that if it had been an approval box. But it is a danged useful item! Best part of the box, to me, is the stove. Not going to suggest a total value. $75 box? Yeah, I'd go that. Maybe buy a few for Christmas for the boys here. Any more than that? Well, I'm glad you bought it and let me know the val. Another great video, CT! Hey, have you seen the Ozark Trail beginner fishing kits at Walmart? They run in the $12 range but they get marked down often. I've picked them up at $3 each. Heavily edited this one. Bad typing tonight. Cold front and achy hands!

CT, I've been using ice fishing rods and micro reels for the past thirty years or so. Not full sized of course, but it straps to a pack easily. Picked up a shotgun scabbard a few years back to tote a Mossberg and found out that it holds a 10/22 with the factory plastic stock and the rod at the same time. 100 rounds of Minimags and a small fishing and snare kit fits into the pockets and pouches. Sorry on the delay....Helene hit us pretty hard. Still getting back to normal.

First off, a complaint. Just me, but that backwards flag behind you is making this hard to watch. I don't mind backward shirts....kinda fun to try to figure out....but NOT a backwards flag! Now the video: GREAT vid! Always enjoy your vids! Rations, remember, will keep you going but these are designed as supplemental. The lentil stew is actually good but it's way too thick! Add two mess kit spoons of boiling water and it's great! The beans and tomato sauce I tried had under cooked pasta and slightly underdone rice. Cooked for ten mins was perfect! The sugar and salt in a liter of purified water makes rehydration solution. Each of these rations also includes one item to feed an infant. An apple sauce or bananas etc. Now the best part! Use this as a base for a ration! Add an individual Spam slice, pack tuna, or hamburger patty....pack of Planters peanuts....pack of M&Ms....water flavorings, tea, and coffee.and you have a really FINE mre! Add two Coghlans fuel tabs in a baggy or two milsurp trioxane or hexamine bars. But this is $3 for a day ration. Add one or two bucks and you have a full day ration for half the price of one mre.

Mora Robust is ok knife for it's price. Wanna fall in love? Try Terävä Jääkäripuukko 140 or Peltonen Sissipuukko M95 or M07. There's a huge difference between real tools and cheap market knifes when you're bushcrafting. Not big enough? Skrama 240 ❤

Full tang knife was useful. Need more bandages? Try elastic electric tape. You can use it with paper, cloth or by itself, and it's best for finger joints. You might consider water filter. They're small and weight nothing.

That's easy? Try something like Fiskars SW75 camping saw.
