This lesson we focused on Hojo Undo, stamina building and general fitness. The main teaching points was using Teisho-Uke to strike the face.

Our classes start with an hours warm up incorporating traditional Hojo Undo and conditioning training followed by in depth learning like Kanji explanations and learning how to write them correctly, followed by Tsuki Waza, Ukemi Waza, Shindo Ryu Jujitsu, the list goes on.
Shihan Kyoshi Nathaniel Peat is a 6th Dan Master, he has full transference of the art of Okinawan Goju Ryu. His lineage is traced through the following masters to the creator of Karate Kanryo Higaonna Sensei:
