The only thing is its bulky but considering the shape and what it is it's fine it does the job and I've gotten Bass, catfish, gar, carp, and drum on them. I even like the closing slip for the rod to hold it more sturdy by the top of the handle. And to be able to change the size to fit on any dock rail or clamp on anything is awesome. Or to change the angles up down or side to side depending where u are is great.*

What size rooster tail in a small shallow creek? How fast is your retrieval in small creek and would you attach it straight to a snap swivel? Trying to help my 7 year old tomorrow who is said because his grandpa is in the hospital...any advice is appreciated!

This is a great build. I want the rods laying more down toward the tailgate just because I go down some remote trails and if they are sticking up in the air trees are going to get them for sure. I'll just tilt mine down more thanks for the video.

Solid color rooster tails all the way. Definitely caught my biggest fish on light gray, white, green and yellow. I go with just the lure, no sinkers and it works perfect for the swampy creeks and ponds in Georgia where I live.

Instead of the pool noodle use a 1” or 2” foam weather stripping strip along the whole front bar and slits it does the same thing without the bulk!
