Brilliant. How did that expand your understanding of what's going on under the hood and how did it improve your image or make your editing any easier or more convenient?

You should be getting more views. Thumbnails can help a lot since (strangers haven’t seen how good your video is YET so all they got is the “cover” to decide)… Your thumbnail has the letters “JPEG GOOD, RAW BAD? Maybe you could try other thumbnails and have it like, “Don’t Shoot RAW” It’s a little more simple, and as long as you indeed explain why, it is perfectly acceptable to have in your thumbnail. It also has another meaning that can make more strangers probably want to click on the video (it’s important for growth to think of ways a stranger would think when encountering your thumbnail) at the end of the day, there’s a lot of videos talking about the SAME exact thing that you’re making and your goal is to also stand out from them…..not just provide value 😊 just a little tip I wanted to share. You do great content and marketing is an aspect that creators can sometimes not implement to the fullest.

I shoot in RAW mostly because of the dynamic range in dark lighting. My issue is “overexposing” so I ended up bringing my ISO down to the base 100. I almost never use higher than 250 ISO and manual lenses are a delight.

I found you through the shorts and since I use camera gear, I figured I would have to subscribe given you give good tips and relatable videos 😊

I will have just bought a new lens used at that point. Those 50 mm lenses are actually pretty inexpensive nowadays as long as they’re manual but even when they’re not manual if you go and buy them used you can get pretty good deals and don’t get me wrong, I love fixing things all around my equipment including computers, cars, cameras, you name it but sometimes it’s not worth the headaches 😂

I think 65 Bytes instead of the 10 BIT would probably still fry your computer in 2049. That’s just insane lmaoo 😂 Regarding the menu, you need a university class to learn the menu when you buy a new camera

So that’s how “sensor cleaning” is done. 😅

These are really good looking shots. Is there a skate park near by? I think some sports photos would be really cool. Sometimes random photographers come to my local park and I was able to get the photos too which was awesome. Try it out

There’s always one that has tries to be big, thankfully I’ve not had a reaction like that, yet, but anyone that doesn’t like to be filmed shouldn’t go out. It’s simple, every city and most towns have CCTV everywhere these days, you are constantly being filmed and most of those that object have something to hide

If you're shooting mirrorless check into Canon FD as well. Nikon is sharp though. I just recently became familiar with Nikon and love the quality.
