Tallow is best for seasoning, or lard, there's something about the animal based fat that seems to penetrate the pores better than vegetable.

Also, I've had a few dishes that work fine replacing rice with cauliflower, but you can't just swap them out. rice absorbs moisture, where the cauliflower gives some off. You have to be careful not to over/under cook it to get the texture right for the dish.

I can't stand green bell pepper. they're bitter(makes sense, considering they're just the unripened state of the other colors)

omg that’s horrible my store looks amazing however i’ve seen some pretty bad stores but not to that level that’s horrible the fire marshal would’ve shut us down if we look like that if a store even get a quarter of that bad the fire marshal will shut them down. Wow, that’s just amazingly horrible.
