Does that fit inside the pipe or does it go on the outside of the pipe? I couldn't find a flange that fits inside, but found one that goes around the outside. I'm just wondering if it goes on the outside, will water leak out? Or will the prime/glue create a strong enough seal? Help!

@@memotijuas your can pick ok an (Internal pvc pipe cutter. At the Box stores) it fits in a drill, has a saw tooth blade like a mini circular saw blade. 1) Stuff a few rags in the pipe to keep debris from falling in. 2) Chip away any concrete if necessary. 3) mark and make a square cut ( with new tool) to remove the cracked or broke pipe. 4) De-bur the pipe edge. 5) prime toilet riser pipe and coupling. 6) glue toilet riser and coupling. 7) measure the distance between the coupling seat and floor surface. 8) subtract the depth of the new toilet flange. 9) measure again. 10) cut and test fit. 11) if all is well prime and glue. 12) you can backfill with ready mix concrete if on concrete foundation.

Great video, I needed this a couple of months ago. You should rename the title of the video to say "...Leviton smart WiFi Decora Dimmer and 'Wired' Companion Switches".
