Clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle, cooking hob. Only 30 seconds walk from Dover Beach Hotel who seem perfectly happy for you to use their restaurant, bar and swimming pool. They are right on the sea front and beach. Minimart about 2 minutes walk away selling everything you reasonably need to use and eat. Cash point / ATM another one minute walk along the road, but there's a charge. Free cash point is a longer walk away towards Bridgetown. All the bars and restaurant along St Lawrence Gap are just a short walk west along the road past the minimart. Definitely going back. The owner is happy for you to book direct so he and you both avoid agents' booking fees. From memory it's about USD90 per night for a twin room (Nov 2024) but prices will be higher at peak times. Perfect for a comfortable budget break.

This swan was only trying to drive the other water bird (not a cormorant) out of its territory and not kill it. The other water bird was very good at diving and could have easily dived underwater away from the swan's territory.

That goose dissapeared out of existence or what? Last time ive seen it was 2:10. Also, why the fuck were those people just staring at a swan that is trying to / killed a goose. If i was there and had literally anything, then i would scare it away. Even airsoft gun would do and nobody can tell me shit because yes, i did hurt an animal (maybe), but i saved other animal because of it.
