Its mainly from raising weapons and the characters to lvl 80, filling out there memory stats, also depends on which weapon you get to maxed out, i also started since launch, takes a bit but yeah free to play can get there, also max out summons, alot of free power there

For my zack i have his ice sword and knight commander sword Z at lvl 120, ice sword is at 14 stars and sword Z the giant long gold sword at 11 stars and he is at 140k, those tower climbs and dungeons are worth doing

But majority of the power boost is from summons, ive seen people at like 300k power for one character its crazy

@@Zarbalos yeah been playing since day 1 as well, was really excited for the anniversary and glad it's just as good as I thought it'd be, especially the 6 5 star weapon thing for logging in, it's nuts, but good stuff to know! Especially the summon one since I thought it was mostly for just making the summon stronger, knowing it makes characters stronger too though is great info, especially if it makes people go into the 300K power range XD and I bet, the tower stuff has been hard for me but I just got my first ultimate weapon after changing my party from Zack, Cloud and Sephiroth to replacing Cloud with Aerith which helped a lot with healing, so might try to push forward, especially since I badly want the new limits But you're welcome I was really stuck on what to do but you've given me plenty of stuff to try! Would you say getting weapons to 120 is worth as much as rarity? Cause I usually just get weapons to 70 to unlock all the bonuses for the weapon, but if getting them to max level helps I'll definitely work on that too!
