Hi Gavin, just came across your golfing video which bought me to here. ( I am also a golf lady) I've done ketogenic diet...and the idea is to keep your carbs low..you can load my fitness pal free version which will help but need to set up macros for low carb ( is set automatically to Amercian Diet) Have you seen Dr Berg videos on keto diet and low carb down under? all on yt. What you are eating there as shown in video, is very carb loaded..there is a better way of doing it. ( all packets stuff will have carbs in. Alot of companies jumping on bandwagon of keto. I dont know how I can contact you directly...its not easy to explain like this on this format 😊
