The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Title Sequence by Anne Winkler
Student/Graduation project in design
For the practical part of my bachelor graduation project in communication design (B.A.) I created a narrative title sequence for "Mockingjay", the third installment of the "Hunger Games" trilogy. The title sequence is based on the symbolism of the story und uses a graphical style, referring to the "propos" from the story itself and to create a consistent style to combine content from all three books/movies. The story of the title sequence deals with the development of the protagonist Katniss Everdeen symbolized by the Mockingjay figure and the consequences of her actions.
Credits:
Music by LORDE - "Everybody wants to rule the world"
Rights of the logos at the beginning are reserved by Lionsgate, Studiocanal and Color Force.

This should have been the opening credits sequence to MockingJay Part One. I wish the studio would hire you to do the MockingJay Part Two opening credits, so they could use this. It's so BEYOND perfection <3 <3

I think mockingjay part 2 will need an opening title sequence with an overture like they did with breaking dawn part 2. Or they might just do an opening a normal one with no overture
