With Walther PDP magazines being difficult to find sometimes, I was looking for alternatives. A few forums mention tge Canik TP9 magazines would work. I figured I would give it a whirl and see if the internet was right.

You're riding your slide release brother, I actually cut mine down, it's not really a mag issue as much as the slide release is just longer than shit

@@2FIVE6BOOM I took a dremel with a cutting disk and took at little material off,maybe about a quarter inch of material. If you pull your slide back and lock it, you can see how much the lever goes past the actual channel where it locks into the slide and that excess is your play space. I left about a mm or so of lever past the locking tab on the left side of the pistol(right side is stock length) make sure you throw a little spray paint or something on there after you smooth the area out.

You’re gonna love it. I watched a lot of independent reviews on UA-cam and they were mixed, as I’m sure you’ve seen. I don’t have a lot of rounds through mine yet- about 200 so far. But all without a single glitch. I was worried too. But it runs like it was lubed with unicorn snot. I’ll run it pretty hard at my Veterans Camp coming up here in a few weeks. Watch the Colin Noir video about it. Probably the best explanation and illustration of the gun compared to the Staccato.
I haven't had time to really put some rounds down range yet, only a box or so, but the gun feels great so far. I fell in love with it after the first couple of shots. Hopefully, I dont get my heart broken with the issues others have had. It seems that Springfield has worked the kinks out from the forums I have read. Time will tell. I will check out that Colin dude for sure. Thanks for watching my video, man.
Just got one and the darn thing didn't come with the gun tool! It happy. I was trying to figure out why there was a hole there and the grips don't stay on. Thanks to the video, I now know I'm missing a pretty big part.

Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0?? My wife has one of these and she absolutely loves it! Especially the fact you can change out the backstrap for something smaller! Fits in her hands quite well!! She didnt care much for the Glocks because they were too heavy, clunky, and looked like bricks lol. I've seen these guns dropped in water and mud, and they work great right afterwards! She uses hers for Bear protection here in Alaska!!!

Good to know! But what I'm looking for is more of a sticky grip..? I just discovered why I'm having a hard time controlling the recoil on my Shield. Since I stopped hoof trimming full time I lost a good part of my hand strength. Is there a cover that can give me more control? My Shield wants to jump out of my grip. Makes it longer to get back on target.
