Based on my own Doing a Pike Airflare is about how you Wait your legs and body to twist before you throw your hand or Hop, and Most Important don't forget to throw your body Away because it helps you to get good landing, When my position in throwing Airflare is on one or Zero I can't do Multiple Airflare :)) . This Video helps me alot how to get a Clean Airflare ... Thanks Brother...
Im on the same progression, where right foot touch the floor and continue to do 2-3 airflares, sometimes i go down for flares or windmills. I think Im on my way like yours :)) very inspiring !!

Nice, you old airflares were called over head airflare, the new one you do is called the Korean airflare. :)

2 hours every days... but not only training ...also just sit down and thinking about the moviment....just trying slowly and fin the correct technique!
