I first discovered this charming piece back in 2016. While I am not an anime enthusiast, anime music is something I can never resist. Animenz's piano transcription is particularly captivating, as it lively imitates the original version with rich texture and well-designed harmonies -- and, of course, its intricate arrangement makes it very challenging to play!
Over the years, I've practiced and played this piece many times, forgotten how to play it, and then relearned it again. Though this might not be the best version I can deliver, I wanted to record it as is to celebrate the New Year 2025.
