For me, a 4.7% beer like this is a pale ale not an IPA. This certainly would not have survived a 6 month sea voyage without spoiling

Really enjoyed Track as a venue as well as their beer. Never made it into Balance and looks complex stuff - excellent trip out and all nicely close together for a session 🍻

They’ve started to stock these in House Of Cans in Soho. Really enjoyed this beer, nice earthy but creamy tropicalness to it. Also had Rough Scorp but despite being 120 IBUs actually quite a sweet Westie. Cracking brewery 🍻

Very interesting - some of my friends who are notorious for rating fairly low on Untappd have given this 4.5, 4.5, 4.25 - seems they all recognise it’s tad sweet though

Very solid - had the obsidian few months ago, I think as you said it lasted minutes!, very smashable

It takes so long to properly lager a beer that it’s going to be very difficult for a small brewer to invest the time into it. Same as you - Lager is for sunshine holidays only 😂

Never seen the reserve 😮. Same as yourself I’m partial to a cask pint of the original when I see it. Quite like Kilder and The Original Patty Men 🍔 and missed it off my Digbeth video - might have to go back 🍻

I loved this one - didn't review it but thought the grassy citrus of the "C" hops worked well with the experimental"sabro lite" hop

A great summer pale ale. Lemon grassy and citrusy. Can be a bit sulphurous sometimes but a great cask beer

Milky, deep golden body with thin white head. Low carbonation, weak lacing. Aromas of exotic fruits, especially pineapple, grapes and melon. Taste similar with a slight tartness at the end. Medium body with smooth texture. Delicate effervescence. This is fantastic. There is a delicious red grape character to it.
