oooooh so Egger Special is Riwaka type thing. That explains a lot. I really didn't get on with this. Far too much bacon for me. Interesting to hear an objective review that was different to my own opinion. Ha! Probably me banging on about how I don't get on with Riwaka.

A lot of different hops in there, Cryo I’m not big on but felt a bit like sticking leftovers in the pot 😅

😂 😂 knew you wouldn't like it but you need to expand your pallette mate - the experimental hop has a bit of talus flavour too. Watch my review when I release it. My hated hop is probably strata - can't get my head around its dank canabis flavour but again if its in a mix with 3 other hops it can be OK

Your description of Hbc1109 is accurate its very much like sabro coconut and pineapple - i had that in that pollys/north double beer in your fridge last night. I don't think you'll like it as its got this and talus but for me I loved it and is my beer of the year!

I expect nothing less from Beak. Krush hop you've probably had before as it was called HBC586 and appeared in many beers. This is either a very long stormor youve had a good few beers whilst it was on!

I think mosaic and nelson is a great match up they are both at different ends of the flavour spectrum and work great together.

I also picked up a German smoked beer by mistake many years ago (black medieval font German text on yellow background). Never again it was like drinking smoky bacon (in a NOT good way). This one sounds more subtle (Nick-Gineer)

Really drinkable their beers at this level - not persuaded Nick on these yet but just below DIPA level I could drink these all day (relatively speaking!)

Had a gold top DIPA from Track last night which has lactose in and it was amazing. Lactose smoothed out the dank funkiness

Def not had as many tipas as you 😂 for me I liked it wasn’t too sweet and didn’t taste 10% - they are normally way too sweet for me

I loved the 2023 version but really didn't like this one. For me it tasted like licking Blue Tac. But I really enjoyed Baby Sharks and this year's ESNW was the best its been in a long time.

I visited Two Flints a few weeks ago. I was down in Windsor for a short break with my son. Jake O Beer tipped me off that their tap was 2 mins from the Travellodge. So after a day at Legoland a few beers at Two Flints was absolute nectar!

I really liked this and I really like Pressure drop. They have a style that is very much their own. A bit cleaner than a lot of the hazy breweries. As much as I love the likes of Verdant, Track and Azvex, I like that they offer a different approach to their IPAs.

Thanks for the kind words. I've never been the most popular beer reviewer,. my goal was to be authentic. You are very much the same. As the interest in craft beer has dropped off in the last few years, there are fewer reviewers. There aren't many reviewers that reflect what is going on right now in the UK beer scene, but you are probably the best at doing that. Nice to have another uk Beertuber that isn't all about supermarket beer.

Good brewery Garage, fan of their Double Triangles DIPA. Also a Colab beer Steady Rolling Triangles with DEYA. Think I’m same with you on this though by the sounds🍻

Grand beer this, no harm squeezing it in mid-session to keep yourself going 😅. Based in Stirchley, well worth a trip there (Attic, BBC also brew that way) as some great tap rooms 🍻

I have one of these in the fridge to do with Dons Beer Reviews - I’d found it creamy and smooth before, not massive on dank so looking forward to this 🍻 Have you had 40 Watt Moon of theirs?
