I couldn't agree more! How we often forget that everything in life is a choice. More importantly, no one is going to make that choice for us! We have to make it for ourselves! And what better choice to make than the choose happiness, to choose to be happy, to choose to be filled with a sense of joy and contentment that comes with knowing that I can't change what happens to me, but I can change how I respond to it. How will I change? Will I choose to be happy? I'm happy to report that the answer is a resounding yes! Slowly but surely, I am taking the steps to get there! 💝🌎

The title of this video alone speaks to me. In our culture, it is instilled in us to dread Mondays, perk up on Wednesdays, and rejoice on Fridays. We've developed a misconception. We need to learn to take each day as it comes and be grateful for that day and the gold that it brings. We need to appreciate Wednesdays, not look at them as a stepping stone to something else (Fridays/Weekends). That's like looking at the destination and not appreciating the journey. We need to rejoice on Wednesdays simply because they are another day to enjoy! Those are my thoughts. ❤☀🌎

This was my first video I watched by you and it was so good for my mental health. And you are so clear, so inspiring, and it’s so easy to follow your thought process. There are some women on UA-cam that do this style of videos, and I find myself thinking “What did that story have to do with the topic?” or after a few minutes, I’ll think “Wait, what did I just listen to?” lol But this video concept was so easy to understand, the stories were related to the topic, so interesting and I appreciate you!

To me, learning from my reality means sometimes I'll get knocked down and make mistakes (some of that will be self-inflicted); adjusting my vibration means seeing where I messed up and making note of how and where I can do better; and enjoying what comes next means to be content with who I am in spite of what I've done, and just embrace what the future holds for me! I have a friend who's a motivational coach, and she always tells me (maybe I've referenced it in one of your videos) that "it's all about your willingness to allow." And I would add that once we connect to that guiding, internal compass (e.g., God, your conscience), we will truly understand what it means to "surrender" and "allow." Those are my thoughts. 💖🌎

I won't call them "incidents," but "experiences." And you're absolutely right! The unexpected happens all the time. I will tell you right now that the best opportunities and learning experiences I've had, is when things turned negative, or I "lost my way," if you will. For example, I was so excited about the possibility of getting a position at my Ivy Tech Campus (which I graduated from earlier this year with my A.S. in Psychology) while attending school at Indiana State University (where I am pursuing my B.S. in Psychology). Things are currently going in a negative direction, and I ultimately may not be able to gain the position. While it does hurt me, it's actually helping me, because it's changing my mindset. I'm busier than I thought I would be, so having a job at my Campus (which would be 2 days a week for 3 hours, not counting travel time and preparation time) really cuts into my study time, and my assignments are getting more detailed and challenging, that they're requiring a lot of time and attention from me-something I would not have seen had it not been for things going on a downward path. Had I ultimately gotten the position (especially at an earlier time), I would have had so much to do and not enough time to do it. So, I would say that this "closed door," or at least "ajar door" experience (or incident; I guess I'll use that. Haha!) changed my life because it changed my opinion about my life, in terms of where I am, where I'm trying to go, and my personal skills and abilities for my present and future. It's moments like that where I feel like I've gotten knocked down for my own good. It's helped me "find" myself (from Brad Paisley's "Find Yourself" from the movie "Cars"). I apologize if this is too long to read (Haha!), but those are just my thoughts. Honestly, I've grown more from the things that diverted me than the things that stayed the same. It's just like in college: I've learned more from my F's and D's than my A's and B's. 🌎

You are giving so many videos but the views are not getting. Due to not seo properly, your channel videos are not reaching the right audience organically. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. If you do the SEO of your videos properly then the views of your videos will increase. Videos will rank organically. Your channel will also grow and subscribers will increase.

"Focusing on your problems magnetically attracts more of them." Isn't it amazing how that works?! They say, "You reap what you sow." I say, "You sow what you reap." So, if you focus on (or sow) your problems, you're going to attract (or reap) more problems. And so, the question we have to ask ourselves is "What are we focusing on?" 🌎 And I personally struggle with this, too. I beat myself over the head when I make mistakes, and when I see or hear something that reminds me of that mistake, I ruminate on those feelings all over again. So this hits me personally. "What am I focusing on?" It's just like you said: You don't ignore it, you channel/focus it, and move on. Honestly, I have a hard time focusing/channeling things, and I hardly ever ignore them. Often, they keep coming back. 💝 But you've given me something here: I need a new operating system. I do not need to take the difficult path in life. I need to love myself and trust myself.
