    Thanks coach for this informative and very effective technique video. I an aikido black belt and have worked as a doorman for 8 years. Ive have used this technique countless times in real life altercation and if performed gently can subdue even women safety. I would recommend once you have your opponent downed move to knee on belly and strike the groin. This is highly effective. I would love to see more of this. Oss 🥋
