A few little things that can elevate a video, (as i see most other comments are more direct,) 1. Thumbnail and video title, it really helps to have a defining look to each of them. 2. Making it clear to the viewer if it's you in post or live speaking, this one really helps for the general feal and allows you to lean into knowing what coming next, or really playing into the moment. 3. Introduction sections. These are especially important, as they allow you to introduce what you're doing and the manner you're doing it in. The into sets a bar for the amount of commentairy and partialy the editing. Good luck, and i really hope you take our feedback to heart.

Alright, I'm 10 seconds into the video and already planning to click off. I've got three reasons for this. First: There's just not much energy in your voice. As it is the way you're talking is rather monotone. You need some inflection and pitch changes going on to keep people interested in what you have to say. You don't need to go crazy, but right now my image of you is of a depressed teenager in his basement. Check out short "How to fix monotone voice - 3 top tips". It was a quick search, but should get you started. Second: Dead air. I found the first section of dead air from 2:20 to 3:30. In an live playthrough dead air is sometimes fine, but in a prerecorded video for people who aren't playing the game long periods of silence are very boring. I skipped ahead to the hour mark and it looks like you gave up on the commentary entirely. If you set the expectations of the viewer (that you're going to be talking during the video) then you should take care that you don't betray those expectations without good reason. "I ran out of things to say" or "There's nothing interesting to talk about" aren't good reasons. Third: The video is an hour long. I'm not going to say that I don't watch hour long videos, but this one feels like mostly empty space. This is where editing can come in handy. Not only does it skip the boring parts but it also cuts down the length of the video. If you need to fill in sections of the video you can talk about why you're making the moves you're making rather than just doing them. Giving people a play-by-play will keep them more interested and pad out the runtime somewhat. You get sucked in and don't notice the silence while you're playing, but the audience will very much notice the dead air unless whatever is happening on screen is riveting. Real Civil Engineer did a playthrough of this game, see if you can learn anything from his videos. Try to compare the youtubers who are popular and understand what people like about them. You don't have to be hyper and bouncing off the walls, but you should treat the video like you're having a conversation the viewer. If you spend too long staring at the screen the other person will think you're ignoring them and wander off.

take inspiration from youtubers like Markiplier,talk more and whith more personality.And do you pre record your videos and then do a voice over?because it seems like it.Hope you become a great youtuber!
