I cried playing this game such a sad story
You can jump into the enemy ship during the first mission on Kreet, but you can't board it. You can get stuck in the loading bay though, and when it flies away you go with it all the way too the edge of space. Then you are ejected from the ship and fall all the way down to the surface to splat. As far as I can tell, it's the only "seamless" planet-to-space flight in the game lol.
That's happened to me too lol it's especially funny if bodies are in the thing with you, they start flipping around
