Collection of my videos of locks I have picked (and most of them gutted).
Dorma DC400 pick and gut
In this video, I pick and gut my Dorma DC400. This lock has 6 pins even though it has 7 chambers. There are 5 Gege style spools and a tapered driver pin in chamber 6.

Ruko Garant Plus pick and gut

In this video, I pick and gut my Ruko Garant Plus (same as an Assa DP4400 or Assa DP11). This lock has the standard 6 chambers with Assa barrel drivers and matched milling on top as well as 10 split wafers for in the 5 sidepin chambers which all have a single true gate and multiple false gates.

Dom RS 8 picked and gut

I pick and gut my Dom RS 8 in this video. This lock has 5 top chambers with the magic Dom pins as well as 3 “side pins”. The side pins interact with a fin almost like warding on the key and have chambers like the top stack but offset to the side of those.

Pick and gut of a Dejo 7 pin lock which is a bad ASSA 700 clone. It has a mix of tapered, Christmas tree and spool drivers but no milling of the plug.

Odd little 5 pin ASSA lock with standard drivers and key pins. Picked and gutted. It seems like this is a low security version of the 700 locks probably meant for interior doors. Same length housing as the 7-pin locks.

Those screws are horrible, of I remember right I had to buy a set of drivers with jis bits to get them out
That is crazy he did that by adding the side bar and making the check pins work with the key. And then all the rattlesnakes just wasn’t very nice 😆 Very nice picking and getting that thing open! 🍻✌🏻🌶

Thanks! It was different at first, but not too bad. A little harder than my v10/twin pro, but easier than 6k. Let me know if you need help.
I just need to put some more time into it. I think it's the triangular side pins that are making my life difficult. My pick keeps slipping forward/backward making it feel like they are jiggling.

Sorry, I just realized it was the MP10 flag. If you have a small enough dimple flag, try that. I found it worked really well and could easily tell the difference between a set and unset sidepin.
