Is there anything that can be cut on your band saw setup shown here that I couldn't cut on either my 7.5" or 12" sliding miter saws with a high quality metal cutting blade?

I NOTICE YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IM HAVING WITH IT. THE BLADE IS TOUCHING THE BASE NO MATTER HOW STRAIGHT YOU SET THE MACHINE THE BLADE IS KINDA BENDING WHEN CUTTING AND THE CUTS ARE NEVER STRAIGHT.

Have you run other brands ? Im not really a fan of my milwaukee cordless definitely nice not to have a cord but doesn't hit no where near like a corded I've never tried any other brands im look for more power?
yes I hva ethe akita cordless grinders swell with rigid but rigid seems more power full especially with the octane battery. but yes corded is always best. I know akita has a 40 max cordless grinder haven't used one yet but the reviews I seen were ok. I love my rigid the only issue is they stopped making the octane batteries due to Milwaukee getting upset because their suppose to be like a prosumer level and wilwalkee is pro level they did better then Milwaukee in tests

The bed is to big for the 2500 unless I switch axles for dually conversion. Going try and get dually remedied soon. Going try a new fuel pump and filter with a new mapp sensor see if that does the trick.
Nice install! That's gonna be a smooth ride. I hope you get your rig figured out, it's a badass setup so far. Can you switch beds if you have to, or would it be better just to drop a rebuilt engine in it?

Man, let me tell you something dont worry about someone else's perception.... first thing you need to do any job is have the tools to get the jobs complete... the jobs just need to come and you can knock it out.... there is always gonna be a struggle out there as i get a lot of tire kickers also in my profession... your shop is great as youve got the equipment already... keep the dream lit man...

You do not need lighter fluid if you start off with dry (beige color) grass. If there is no grass, then use old paper junk mail. For example, if you do not like Bed Bath and Beyond coupons, you can have two trash cans in the kitchen: one trash can is for paper-only. Old papers are cheaper than lighter fluid.
