아고다 통해 출발 3일전 오션뷰 예약 확정 출발 2틀전 아고다에서 방이 없다는 메일 받음 리조트로 전화해보니 예약한 방이 오버 부킹이다 대신 더 비싼 좋은 풀빌라가 있다 추가금을 내면 이용 가능하다 이게 손님에게 할 소린지..본인들이 오버 부킹 받아 놓고 손님에게 추가금 안내면 방 없다??? 다른 앱으로 방 확인하니 같은 컨디션 방이 예약 가능했음 그러나 답변은 취소 하고 싶음 아고다로 연락해 취소해라가 서비스 안내 끝이네요 생긴지 얼마 안된 리조트 그것도 지역에서 가장 비싸게 받는 자칭 럭셔리 리조트라면서 서비스 마인드는 모텔보다도 못한 직원들에 응대..기본적으로 유선으로 연락하기도 대단히 힘듬 전화를 안받음 거기다 더 해 매니저 이름 villanueva 는 고객에게 소리를 지르며 아고다는 우리랑 상관없다며 전화를 끊어 버리는 패기 쓰레기들이네요...럭셔리 리조트 ????? ㅎㅎㅎ 아고다나 기타 많이들 쓰는 트레블 앱으로는 예약 조심하시길
