My childhood home! Moved away in the summer of 1973. I still dream of this house. It will always be special to me! I wonder if our old playroom/attic is still hidden behind a cabinet style door in the main bathroom? My siblings, our friends, and myself had hours of our childhood playing in our special hideaway! The backyard and the gully were the best playgrounds ever! This video is such a magical walk down memory lane! The house looks so beautiful!

Outstanding and very informative! I live in Monterey Park, California. My landlord served me with a 60 day notice to evict on January 7, 2020. Am I understanding that this notice is invalid? I'm a single dad with 50/50 custody custody of my children. It's a three unit property. I'd hate to move because my kids are still in school. I've always paid my rent on time and I'm clean. I've been here four years. I don't want to move. What are my options????

I have tenants paying at least 30% below market, and have been operating in the red for well over a year! I desperately need to increase rents to market value so I don't lose my business (potential paycheck) but can't. So is this the thanks I get from Governor newsom for being a nice guy?
Jake Jones I don’t believe you. Why are you operating in red for only one year? Property taxes went up by 30%? If you were fine before, you’re fine now.
@@niccolea2086 "IF" is a big word. Actually, been operating in the red for MORE than a year. Don't ask why as it's irrelevant. Property taxes went up very little. As I said, the tenants are paying 30% below market rates. But of course you don't believe me because doing so would expose the injustice of your beloved rent control.
