Some of these comments are weird. Lucy could have had any man in the world and she picked him because she loves him and is attracted to him - respect her choice. Whether or not you would have picked him for her is irrelevant and honestly sounds like jealousy and shallowness. For a show that you love soo much, you should show more respect to the person whose very vision and leadership it was that brought it to life. He is passionate and maybe a little touchy about some things but it is the same quality of his that got the show greenlit in the first place and gave us an iconic show with great episodes for 6 seasons.

ah I never watch these 2 episodes, some of it was shot well like the forest with the smoke and mist etc but the fact the killed xena like they did..sorry but hated it andher having to stay dead to because of the 40k people who died was just a load of bull, she had done stuff in her past where innocents died but was all ok, and all the good she has done since, also they harassed her so while they did not deserve to die they kinda brought it on themselves

Her hands are either in her lap.....or her arms are crossed....if that doesn't speak body language volumes I don't know what does. She never touched rob once...even accidently. Sitting next to renee in commentaries/interviews she always has her arm around ren or lightly rubbing her shoulders, or ren will playfully tap Lucy's leg here and there....just my two cents.

i remember being in extreme denial when xena died. it really messed up my emotions for a good period of time. the only way to relieve that feeling was to watch the series over, and over again...my subconscious thought maybe that would bring her back? >< i really wish they hadnt done it this way. but when Gabby says "I dont care", it's just so powerful.

When Rob joins ANY function of Xena: Warrior Princess Lucy and Renee remind me of school age girls with the principal in the room. They look so uncomfortable. To express an opinion that doesn't agree with Rob's, you get 'after school detention.'

I get that Rob is the catalyst for bringing Xena to us, but I found his commentary pretty annoying, since most of what he added was something to the effect of "I didn't get the shot I wanted," or "I would have done it better, but I ran out of time." To others that might be interesting, but for my $.02, it's snores-ville. It mostly came across as negative, whereas Lucy and Renee seemed to enjoy reminiscing about the positives or behind the scenes things most fans are likely to be more interested in.

I love Lucy's 'Oh the shampoo commercial' commentary at 3:39 And was I the only one who noticed the significence in this episode that Xena said to Akemi 'this is my soulmate' instead of 'this is my friend' or 'this is my best friend' like she did throught the rest of the series? I thought it very well done, to gibve it somehting extra, even though it's just plain knowledge in this series that they're soulmates but still :3 The scene of 'give me her head!' really got to me, it was just plain cruesome.. I can't imagine how Gabby would have felt. finding your soulmate is dead is hard anough but founding her body without a head in this way? horror material..

I think all the retarded comments about Rob getting in the way is just absurd. Without Rob, Lucy and Ren might not even know each other. Rob played a big role in developing the characters.

And I ive noticed when Lucys husband is there Lucy isn't as relaxed. You can tell by her body being so tense. And when its just Lucy and Renee they just keep getting closer and closer to each other, and the way they look at each other is so intense. you can tell they have their own kind of love for each other, I mean they still follow one another around the country doing conventions. If they wasnt married to men they would make the best couple. Damn I love these two women...

I never agreed that Xena needed to stay dead to avenge 40,000 souls at Haiguchi. #1 Xena saved them. 2. If they hadn't harassed her when she was trying to bury Akemi she wouldn't have blown the torch that started the fire. So really the 40,000 of Haiguchi died by their own hand. Not Xena's.
