Hello my name is Andrew, I love building and making things with my hands. I want to show my work to you guys and hopefully inspire some people out there. I work for my familys construction company his builders. I’ve grown up in the trades and I have learned a lot in all my years of experience so hopefully I can also tech someone out there something new as well.

A piece of wood! What did I win??
You win a high five ✋
Looks good. Next time less is more
Very good example, we can all learn from each other, cabinets are like chess, not about the present play, but the next 3…that gap was best suited to be caulked, because look at the video carefully, that gap was less than a 1/4” but scribing it you ended up with way more than a 1/4” difference in the face from top to bottom…that will now cause issues with spacing of the draw faces and no matter which way you end, the difference will be noticeable to those who can see it and clients will DEFINITELY see it…scribing that cabinet would have been necessary if the wall color was an extreme color, and unless you have matching caulk would then be absolutely necessary with knowing that you will have to tweak quite a bit to get perfection.
Looks more like a Dewalt than a Skil saw.
Useful
Nice chimney
Thanks 👍
That’s actually very impressive if that’s really your first dovetail
Thank you, it was my first one.
Or use scribe instead?
Always nice to have. Great job 👏
Mold? Rot? Is this safe?
It all dried out good
i like how you don't explain what the fock is a tacky coat!
looks like a well built dresser that has a good bit of intentional design that has lived with several owners who wanted it to fit different asthetics, what is your field of expertise to make comments like this about furniture?
part 2, bye
were you trying to be funny
Yeah I was trying a new style of rude humor. I’ll keep to my old ways
Rude… not funny at all
Did you build this or something?
shitty humor.
Nice scratches that you just made all over your truck by using the brush and dodge/rams have the softest paint/clear coat that scratches real easily unfortunately…
Nice hair
Thanks, I’m due for a cut soon
Nice camera angles 👍🏼
Thanks for noticing, I was having fun with them
It looks like a well built piece bearing the patina of age and multiple layers of paint. Why the put downs?
Eh I was trying a new style of humor. It’s going to be my sons new dresser.
@@SolidGroove Respect your work on it. It's going to look great in the young prince's room.
you would need a LOT of those to do anything
Lol
Maaaan i was hopin for ancient redneck secrets not utterances of a townie tickle me elmo. Desiccant packs? Really? My sibling whom was conceived from the issue of a different matriarch i begeth of thee
😂😂😂 those things get oversaturated so fast. You can't even count on those things to keep filament dry in a sealed package. 😂😂😂
Tell me about it
Silica gel in bags, who would’ve thought of it.
A few guys short a nailbag
You know they sell 1lb bags on eBay . When they get saturated you just throw in oven for a few mins. I have a bunch in my gun safe and car trunk.
The same could be said for OF girls lol
this is the same thing that comes in ur gfs purses and shoe boxes. dont be scammed by this repackaging
It's a joke
Yes thank you
Wow the immediate difference is so much better!
Exactly
yeah...that'll work
Definitely
Nice
Thanks
Nice aim
Yeah…
storing them like this f@cks up the rubberized grip over time won't it?
As long as you router the wood with a good curve then it will be good.
Doesn't work in the UK.
That’s a bummer
Couple hours = super quick, checks out to me.
Haha that does check out!
Good to know.
I wouldnt worry about tool racks until you master that jigsaw boy
Lol

I did the same thing but cheaper and faster with plywood and a multi tool. You should flip your drills and impacts over though. It makes it a lot easyer to grab quickly. You might need to make your slots deeper or get a bigger pic of wood.
Yeah I’ll probably need to make a few adjustments in the future
Make sure you pay your student loans....
Your special right?
Lol I was too smart to ever go to college
@@SolidGroove that's what I meant
@@The_Copper_River_Lightningbolt lol
Why didn’t you drill all the way through…seems like that would have been easier and cleaner
I seriously lack the right type of bits in my shop. And the bit I was using was a little dull, I figured I’ll use my jig to finish it up
😂
Ok ok ok It looked like that downstairs window got smashed….i saw a slide set up ….i hope it worked. Great job BTW
Yes the window was completely unharmed
Sure! if we can machine some parts next time
Great idea and beautiful work. Looks a bit too narrow to stuff sheets and towels into without getting them stuck.
Due to how the walls up stairs and down stairs lined up it made It smaller than I hoped. How ever it is large enough to still work
Hes back
Yup the sun is back so I am back
It’s $6/bd ft because the widest piece is like 4 inches. That’s either some really young trees or the remnants of a pile that’s been picked over. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Yup it’s all sloppy seconds. As I stater in woodworking it’s the material I use
Now that is fabulous!
Thank you
Footers? Them holes were a foot deep😂
Yes that is correct. That is how deep they should be.
lol my dad does this..
Your dad sounds like a solid guy
$6 a foot for split and damaged boards. Crazy.
Yeah, gotta love living in 2024
Some wisdom from demo ranch. We have one rule: never tell maire
Yes! That’s exactly right!
