After granulation in the crusher, the hot muesli is gently conveyed upwards to an exit height of 7.7 meters while simultaneously being cooled. Driven by two powerful unbalance motors of type UVP119W and made of V2A (1.4301) stainless steel, the conveyor ensures maximum efficiency. The surfaces of the spiral elevator have been treated with the ViwateQ® process, which creates highly polished, smooth surfaces that meet the requirements of the food industry. The key advantage lies in the simultaneous cooling and conveying, with each spiral level being cooled separately. This allows for precise temperature control and contributes to the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the production process.
