@@rogerserafin “smooth” is the best way to describe the car. Not over responsive not lazy… it’s balanced. I think this car can fit a wide variety of drivers from beginners to pro.

Yeah the class was just run what ya brung. Cars were not even for racing so just having fun and practice that close racing. I need a lot of practice look how many times I smacked cars and the walls.

⁠@@racerquinnyyeah narrow is a fun class but 5600 wide was super popular we had like 18 people in that class and close to 30 in Box Stock

@@RadioControlDoctor we don’t do narrow but I have plenty of cars to do weird configurations too lol. I’ve run box stock 2500lipo and 3500lipo at parklane!

@@alford35 mwx motors are way to go. It basically a guaranteed hot motor. Check out the other vids on channel I did some interviews with Marcus and got some great knowledge from him

MWX R.1 …they are both green, I assume you meant car that was driven first. Yeah issue was actually his servo was mounted loose, screws just needed to snug up, car wondered everywhere he did not use locktite ,

I had GL motor before and PN. Both were not slow but nothing special… said screw it got the MWX motor when first came out. .4 tenths faster. Than my GL motor. I did direct back to back swap! The other car on track has a 2760 motor (GL - he had work done to it to make it fast) my new mwx just walks away on the straight!

@@mega33 lol I am really enjoying filming mini z. I feel like there is not much stuff on UA-cam. Also I like to watch my driving afterwards. I just post stuff for fun. I am not trying to be some expert know it all. Just having fun with it.

You can purchase them however you really should make your own since the ones available for purchase are low quality. You want a good high quality cable to accurately measure IR. If you’re chasing those tenths. If you’re not worried about that then just purchase a cable.

Insta Flex BSI glue (has a pink/red label), is what was used in video, if you are beginner use a medium or thick CA Glue so you have time to adjust tire, once you get good you can use a thinner glue which will bond very fast.

I had mic settings wrong, gain was too low, try viewing in a quiet area and turning volume up, it should be fine. If your somewhere with to much noise it will be hard to hear. Apologies on that, I made the videos to help out some friends who wanted to build the R.1. Check the description too.

I don't - kinda the next thing I need to get , audio is fine on my end, on iPhone and desktop. I used the rode mics.

@@RadioControlDoctor not sure. Been trying to watch the other videos of yours on the R.1 and same thing. There is just the faintest amount of volume. All other videos work fine from others. I am on an android.
