Susan Butcher at home in Alaska
Taking a riverboat cruise near Fairbanks, AL, one of the highlights was stopping at the home of Iditarod legend Susan Butcher and her husband, David Monson. The video quality isn't great, but it's nice to hear Susan's voice and learn about their lives raising champion Huskies.

Kim was my dear friend's daughter. She was also my daughter's best friend since 6th grade and was only 23 years old went she went to heaven twenty years ago. We miss Kim but we're so happy she is with her best friend, Jesus!!
Danny, I sat right above Kim in the Wedgwood choir. There was no one sweeter, as you know!
I saw them today for 4rth grade honor choir
