sanji is the second vice captain, who leads the crew, while zoro is more focused on luffy as a vice captain, both are the wings

@@SaadAhmadSMMA yeah but see sanji is more productive for the crew like he cooks ,he plans how they should execute the missions , clutches at the worst time possible in every arc , keeping up the crew's charm and spirits , zoro tho sleeps and trains for himself (which is what he should do if he wants to beat mihawk), and lifting and putting the anchor (before sunny ) not trying to down play zoro but i think sanji is a better fit for the vice captian as strength is everything . also sanji is wiling to give up his life for anyone and thats a quality u want in a right hand of the king of the pirates.

@@SaadAhmadSMMA yeaah jinbei is a powerhouse and the only reason he has more bounty than sanji is that sanji does alot of work behind the scenes (clutches like closing the gates of justice in enies lobby) on paper sanji causes less mayhem than jinbei but sanji bring more value to the table but if in any case luffy needs 4 division i bet they would be zoro sanji franky and jinbei

@@kuroashinosanji-b4l Agreed, also because of jinbeis notoriety. He's been a pirate for almost 30 years, to the govt, he's a traitor warlord who joined big mom with his giant crew then joined the straw hat emperor crew, while Sanji has only been on sea for 2 years lol. But jinbei > Franky tho
