    "Nice level lot" = no view, says nice gated community high end homes but at least your not on the edge where the home could slide.....lol

Adding a second level could create truly stunning vistas. The level lot has its benefits, especially in terms of stability and ease of construction, and it's nice not having to deal with stairs.     I’ve been there on the lagoon & ocean side. It really seemed that the homes were no more than a foot above sea level. Talk about impending doom with sea levels on the rise. Can you address that issue please…is there a history of homes being flooded by king tides for example.

      I’ve done some research on this and they are certainly selling for higher than the initial purchase price before construction started. However, I do think you have a point because I don’t think they are seeing as big of gains as they had hoped. We believe the reason for this is because this entire area still has so many new, high rises coming And it’s like everybody always wants the newest and best thing it’s like when everyone rushes out to get the new iPhone. So I believe people will see the big gains in the next five years or more when most of the high-rises within this couple mile radius have been completed And there’s nothing left to build. And as each new building goes up, they all do some type of concessions for the State building up the area and cleaning up the sidewalks, adding shops, etc. that will continue to add value to the area and create a nice sense of community.
