Nostalgia Passava altas horas vende esse making of da banda do dvd Anywhere but Home , na epoca do aparelho em dvd kkkk só que travava numa certa parte porque o dvd era pirata mal gravado fui ve o final no UA-cam, essa banda fez parte da minha adolescência e me fez conhecer outras bandas , nightwish,epica, within temptation.

Nossa, que nostalgia. Sou fã da banda há 19 anos e esse ano de 2023 tive a chance de ver Amy e sua turma de pertinho. Sempre fui apaixonada nesse dvd. Passava horas assistindo esses bastidores. Que formação massa, mas infelizmente ciclos se encerram e a formação atual está perfeita, espero que dure bastante 😂. Hoje Amy tem quase 42 anos, é casada, mãe, mas é bom demais ver ela assim tão novinha. Não apenas na idade, mas nesse meio da indústria da música e mais de 20 anos ainda estão relevantes e com uma legião de fãs fiéis e novos tbm. Isso é incrível. It's so sad how much mlsogyny and Iies Amy was subjected to back then because of the destructive, jeaIous, manipuIatuve abuser Ben. There were several Iies, incIuding the music one, that Ben propagated and forced her to promote because he, her abuser for years, was resentful of her and hated that Ev was her musical creation, her sonic fusion, and her songwriting, and he never wanted her to get credit for writing the songs. Amy literally spoke about this in interviews after he left, and how he would lie about her musical contributions because he hated not being the center of attention and he wanted to be thought of as the creator, not her. Here's just a couple of interviews in 2006: - (From Revolver magazine, November 2006): "But whether or not you can write with someone in the studio, you can never know until you actually get in there and try it. And I've never really written with someone that way. I've always written on my own. Even Ben and I would write separately and then come together". ... [Q: On Fallen, people assumed Ben was the mastermind] AL: "People think I'm the frontwoman, so obviously there's the guy behind it all, making it all happen, and I get to stand in the front and look pretty and sing. And there's so much more that's gone into it than singing." ... [Q: Have you consciously fought to have the world know that?] AL: "Absolutely. But there were so many internal fights going on, I couldn't win that one because Ben was constantly trying to spin it the other way. I think he just really needed to feel that he was worth something and it was hard for him not being the center of attention. I don't wanna be mean about it. It's over." - (From The Sunday Telegraph, Sep 2006) Lee relished the prospect of following her own vision and making her own decisions, from the broad direction of the band right down to being able to put her beloved Leslie organ on the album - something Moody would never let her do. "I felt a lot of decisions had been made over my head, or around me, or for me, that I wouldn't have made for myself", Lee says. "To take control felt really good - it's a lot of extra work, but it's the way it ought to be because I had the vision for the band and a lot of things changed after that. It felt like people always thought Ben did it all on the last album and that I was just the singer and the lyric writer. I did do the singing and write the lyrics, but I did a lot of the music writing as well that I never really got credit for."
