A honest review is clearly needed in this case...Also real reviews on glassdoor and jobup. Pau Molas Roca, as CEO, tends to parrot what he hears at conferences or from experienced individuals, but he struggles to fully understand or integrate this information effectively. But let's give him that: he talks well and can easily manipulate. As employees, we often spent an excessive amount of time explaining basic concepts to him, while he proclaimed himself Chief engineer... This has been noticed not just by us but also by our providers and other external partners. It felt many times like we're part of a comedy sketch because of how off-base his understanding can be. It's a bit like dealing with a flat earther: no matter how many times we explain how space engineering works, he insists he knows better and ends up misleading the business on crucial aspects. All of this without even mentioning the constant lies to everyone.. When he was asked to be removed from his position by our investors, instead of stepping down gracefully, he decided to shut down the company, leaving us jobless. It's disheartening and surprising to encounter such incompetence in the space industry.
