Tried the ugar sm, though not a taster and noser found your notes quite similar to the ones I experienced. The first pour was quite harsh...bad on the nose ,but thought it reduced on the second. Felt it had strong woody taste from the barrels. Ugar surely needs to work on rounding of the rough edges if they want to stay relevant in our fledgling sm market.

The correct way to pronounce Coal Ila is "Cull Eela". Also, the list would be incomplete without the Laphroaig 10 Year Old. Try to talk a bit about flavour profiles too. These are really complex whiskies with hidden layers. Almost all of them change character even if you add just 1 drop of water
