A rebounder would be essential for the gym.
You look amazing
Cool vlog. Did you try fish foot spa over there or too ticklish? Hope you had a great time. 👍
Thats one heck of food to eat in one day delicious
Would love a video on rest days - mental and practical advice. I'm trying to get my period back, and previously was doing SOME form of exercise 7 days a week and calling days where I just did cardio 'active rest', but I've now implemented one ACTUAL rest day into my week and I'm mentally struggling so much with it because I don't know what to do on days where I don't go to the gym...
@@fixelish I will try and incorporate this into another video 😊
Keep up the good work, one day you'll have loads of subscribers.

I'm 17yrs old, I lost my period for 3 months due to over exercise and undereating, I know i have to gain weight and eat more but I'm scared to gaining weight 😢 And i also worried about my future....

Did you take any supplements?
@@lillianbartholomew6930 I took omega 3 tablets and that was the only thing added to what I was already taking. I did include more things daily like flaxseeds/ seeds, nuts (fats)
how much weight you had to put on?

Can you reply? I gained weight and my period came for five days and I had a little discharge, then I lost it in the last two months and I have a lot of white discharge. What should I do?
Did you change your diet/ exercise/ weight after getting your first period back? If so you may have lost it again as you need to allow 3 consecutive periods before you change what you are doing
Can you post the recipe here I’m not allowed to have instagram
Would be interested in a video around interpreting blood tests results for HA - like the main markers to look for in blood tests results to know you're on the right track etc :)
I can try and cover a bit of this next time. But I would definitely say if you are struggling with this then definitely go to your GP first
This was incredibly helpful, thank you for sharing. May I ask, how do you know how much more calories to eat if you exercise on top of trying to maintain a healthy regular period? I recently got my period after about 5 ish months. Prior to this I was doing a lot of hiit based Pilates about 5 days a week and was having about 1850. This said, I then lost my period on this amount due to doing too much hiit. What would you suggest doing calorie wise to find that balance for my period and exercise? Would I also be ok to ask if prioritising carbs before and after a workout is a good idea? Lastly, do you possibly have any advice as to how to challenge fear foods? I’ve pretty much recovered weight wise but with mostly safe foods. Thanks again for sharing your helpful content, it honestly is so helpful xx
@@orang1414 I’m glad you found it helpful! What I will say is everyone’s journey will be different. I ate about 3000+ calories when I was exercising too just to make sure I was eating enough to support training. I would say if you are doing gentle exercise focus on hitting that 2500 calorie mark. If you are still doing things like running etc then 3000aim for. Like I say everyone will be different.
@@orang1414 yess 100% priorities carbs before and after. Don’t exercise fasted, make sure you have fuelled up before. And in terms of tackling fear foods I would suggest creating a jar and picking out a few each week then challenge those! Put them back in pick out the next week and go again. Challenge repeat 😊
@@orang1414 I hope this kind of helps 😊

Awh thank you so much!
thanks for this video🙏🏻 I have a question: I'm trying to get me period back & I feel I can't stop exercising, so if I'll keep doing it but reducing the weight, does this mean that I train without reaching the failure??
This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very beautiful and very helpful and this brings back great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).

Did you do a “fat loss phase” after you gained weight and got your period back?
@@elizabethswann5042 no I didn’t. I just started listening to my body and not forcing myself to eat to hit the calories. My weight levelled off and as I trained more I managed to build muscle alongside it 😊
Eating more than 2,500 calories a day is too hard for me. Sometimes I also eat less than I need. I do pilates every morning for about 23 minutes. I don't know what to do, I feel like I'll never get my period back :/
You will. Its just about reducing stress and being consistent wit implementing all the steps. There are ways to increase your calories without feeling like you are eating more e.g. liquid calories, cook with olive oil etc
omg the egg ick is so real

@@gabbymarechal thank you ❤️
@someone....448I would just add more oats to replace the protein 😊 it should come out similar. Then add a little honey/ half banana for sweetness
@someone....448hope you enjoy!
Do you think I can get my period back if I do pilates around 3 times a week? Is it too much stress? I already gained about 9kg but I was still doing quite a bit of exercise, so I don’t know if it interrupted my hormones..what do you think?
If you are still in a calorie surplus whilst doing the pilates I think that is fine. You just have to make sure you are eating enough and focus on your fat intake etc. it definitely is trial and error😊
@@gabbymarechal thank you so much for your response ❤️
I did keto and intermittent fasting for my autoimmune condition and that's when my weight dropped to 46kg, but I was always underweight even before that, and my period stopped.
Maybe reaching your healthy weight again would help with period recovery 😊
Lots of prayers to You 🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️
Greetings from Turkey, you are very successful
Thank you :)
Thank you!! How long did it take you to get it back? 😊❤
@@sabrinamitchell5530 as long as it helps 😊 it took me 4-5 months of really committing to it all. I think because I was still exercising it took a little longer than it would have if I wasn’t
You are glowing! Thank you ❤ how often were you working out while recovering?
Awhh thank you so much💖 so I was doing strength training 3/4 times a week (gentle though), then I was playing netball at uni twice a week. So I did quite a lot but I did eat a lot of food!! I was nearing the 3000 cal mark. I think being consistent really is key with it :)
THANK U FOR THIS VIDEO❤️❤️💗💗
Hope it helps. Feel free to leave any questions 😊
Restrict diet yet you cannot eat any choc bar or any desert without having these so called banana and potetion powder in it. Have normal snack, they have their own taste
I love this, theres so many accounts saying to eat lettuce for the crunch of crisps but truly it will only make you eat more foods as well as the original craving 😮
100%! You just have to honour the cravings. That’s the only sustainable and enjoyable approach x
Please boycott coke. They are funding the genocide in palestine. Thank you 😊
