You’re saying that the wide angle does not work unless you have the macro attached. But if you’re using the wide angle, it just blurs the background. It looks like to me? (Low f stop) Seems like just the wide angle kit would be if you want blurred background. But if you want a crisper background, then use the combination of the macro and wide angle.

does the Falcam attachment allow you to add another mount to be able to magnetically attach it to metal walls?

Fx30 plus sigma 18-35 f1.8 my favorit setup🎉

Tried the free trial for lightroom on my s8+. After exporting photo to long side 2048 as a test to upload to fb, the quality was alot lower than uploaded from my PC when compared. I think quick edit is OK but skin adjustment is a bit tricky. Making me feel that I should get a laptop 😢

I have both and I don't know why but image quality in the FS5 is superior. I use it with the Atomos Inferno. By the way the slowmo in FS5 is WAY better. it looks with better detail and is not soft. the slowmo in FX30 looks blurry. Obviously, The only upgrade that sounds right if you are a FS5 user is the FX6. But since I don't have that money, I use the FX30 especially when i need fast autofocus and gimbal work.

did your ipad air go hot after like an hour of Lr editing? mine dose! im using ipad air 5 256g and it goes hot and slow after about an hour or sometimes 30mins of Lr editing 🫠 thinking about getting a macbook tho but the ipad is just so convenient

When 4K was introduced it was night and day compared to 1080p now not much difference.I had the first Sony video camera the FX 1000 the footage was amazing when I compare it to my recent footage with my A7 R5 or the A74,.

Make sure you actually make those folders he mentions. I tried to go without them and couldn’t upload my LUTs to my camera. You NEED to make those folders in the exact chain for them to work. Don’t be like me 😂

Can you please explain how you got the LUTs on to the camera. When I go to the Import/Edit I dont have the option. What folder did you put the LUTS into on the SD drive?
