Can I still plant the leaves with a bit of corm in the soil? Would it still grow? Thank you

I had about 5 of them but only 2 bloomed. They gave me some of the most beautiful flowers but then they died back. I’m hoping they will come back this spring. ☺️

Karenmell c I think mine didn’t do so great, not because they were in pots, but because of my watering. Since I didn’t have a lot of experience I think I overdid it. Also, I transferred them into a different pot during their growing phase and I’m sure that didn’t help. Only the strong survived.

Hola Carmen! Aunque no soy experta, lo que yo he notado es que en cuanto van madurando van cambiando sus colores. Cuando son muy jovenes tienden a ser mas claras de color. Casi un color gris, ya ya que van madurando se hacen mas oscuras sus hojas. Cuando ya llevan bastante tiempo retoñadas cambian de nuevo y ese cambio es para morir y dejar que retoñen nuevas hojas. En cuanto a cuando hacer la division, me he dado cuenta que no es necesario separarla tan frecuentemente. Si se esta mirando cansada, lo que puede hacer es simplemente cortar las hojas desde la base y asi permitir que se produzcan hojas nuevas. Espero que halla respondido a sus preguntas y que mi español sea claro. :)

Yes it did! I planted all the corns and they all sprouted. I had 3 pots with sprouts. However, I run a page on IG and did a giveaway with one of them. Then my sister-in-law wanted one so I gave one to her. I currently only have 1. You can see updates at @americas_beauty_boutique. :)
