Theoratically ok. But practically not. Fast life. Limited time at disposal. Travelling frequently. Usages of electronic gadgets. All these put together, a headache can make disturbances in daily life. so penetration to find out the cause , conceived time, which is scarce now a days. Yoga and pranayama etc. are very very good. How many people will strictly practise and follow in today's life. So a combined method will be more suitable.

What is the sastradhishtana on this yoga for this condition? On what basis medicine is to be prescribed or adviced? What is the message to a common man(as this platform is a public social media) you people are trying to give? They can purchase it from your outlets? On basis of what siddantha doctors prescribing this? Then where is bhuta,dosha, agni, samprapthi, guna,avastha, kala,......?? Most of the community are talking about modern medicine pharmaceutical business ongoing. Medicine mafia, drug mafia, bla bla bla... Are you guys are blind to these? Ayurveda is a science based on its on theorems. And not based on any floating theories. It cant be tied to the tail of anything.Sorry to say that, This is not the 'scientific' method....
