Thank you for your enquiry on the tutored Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MPS) training course by online distance education. In Planning Module 2 you also get information about maintenance planning and maintenance management processes. Students need to submit all assignments in the entire course. To pass the course you need to successfully complete all assignments and provide two example maintenance work packs in which you applied the learning. The training uses original PowerPoint slides with slide notes with audio explanations, plus a course book with general reading material and useful information on the assignments. The learning process involves viewing the slides, listening to the audio, reading the notes and working with a human Tutor. The most important thing you need to do, is to do the assignments. The real strength of the course is the practice you do when completing the activities. It's the course activities that transfer the knowledge and get you skilled in the techniques to use. The course is self-paced and you set your own schedule to do the work needed to complete the training course and gain your certificate. We recommend that you do an assignment a week, which would let you complete the course in six months. The course can be completed sooner if you want to work through the assignments faster. You tackle a module at a time until its assignments are completed and accepted by your Tutor. Once you pass a Module you then purchase the next module and continue with that one. You can substitute a work related situation in an assignment instead of doing the prescribed course activity. To register and start the course you need to purchase and pay for the first module online and download it. When you buy Module 1 your address details are required and these confirm your registration onto the course. All your details are private and no else will ever see them. Payments for the course are made using PayPal and you will be transferred from the online store to PayPal to make the credit card payment. You can also make a credit card payment direct to us through PayPal after registering for a PayPal account to pay. A direct PayPal payment is made to email address info@lifetime-reliability.com. The order details must include 1) the name of the course, plus 2) the module number you want to get. Each module costs AUD$100, and the complete course costs AUD$1,000 for each student. Any exchange rate conversion from your country’s currency to Australian Dollars is done during the payment transaction. You just make the payment and the store cart software does the rest. The per module cost is fixed, since it takes the Tutor the same time to review assignments no matter who pays for the course, be it your company or yourself. Normally each module is purchased with a MasterCard or Visa credit card online one-at-a-time when a student needs it. You can purchase the whole course at once if that is better for you. You purchase multiple modules at the online store by adding each module to your order. Once you complete the order information for the first module, return to the online store MPS webpage listing all 10 modules and select each module one by one to add it to your order. If your company requires an invoice in order to make payment please advise us which module(s) you want and we will send the invoice as an email attachment. You can also pay for the course by telegraphic transfer (TT) via Western Union or MoneyGram, or by bank-to-bank funds transfer. If you do a telegraphic transfer of money you must also pay all fees and charges at both ends of the transaction. Check the box on your TT form where you agree to accept all fees for the transaction. Following the store purchase of a module you receive an automated email with a link to download the module over the Web within 24 hours of purchase. Once you get the first module you can begin the training course immediately. You will also be sent more information and details by email and get allocated a Tutor/Mentor for the duration of your course. If you do a direct credit card payment at PayPal the training module you order will be manually sent to you later via Dropbox link share. Modules purchased by TT will also be sent to you by Dropbox file link share. Modules purchased online are downloaded to you over the Internet and you require a fast and stable broadband Internet connection. If you do not have a good Internet connection yourself then find someone who has and who will copy the module onto a CD or USB drive and send it to you. We only provide the Internet download and will not post CDs or USB drives to your home address or your office. It is important for your career and education to practice the concepts covered in each module.
