Maybe a salary of RM5000 above can give you a pretty comfortable and convenient life. If you want to raise it to the higher level, RM10,000 and above salary can give you a pretty luxurious lifestyle ☺️

Usually kasi may additional sa monthly rent ang extra head mga 50-100rm depende sa usapan ng agent, owner and tenant. Pero yung iba nde naman mahigpit like kung nde naman makakaistorbo sa ibang tenant yung extra person na patutulugin sa room, oks lang basta wag paalam sa agent or owner at nde makaabala sa ibang tenant hehe. And kung naka master room ka po mejo malaki yung room so sguro pwede atleast 2 person.

OUG parklane sa may Old klang po kayo? Di naman po ba mahirap ang biyahe. 2 weeks nalang move out na kmi sa Cosmo. Currently looking baka may contact pa kayo sa agent nyo po jan?
Yes po. Sa biyahe nde naman mahirap. From OUG you can ride bus 600/601. Pag walang traffic usually travel time is 30 minutes going to NU Sentral. If you are looking for an affordable condo to start with and with access to almost everything due to available shoplots OUG Parklane is nice. I have a contact with an agent you can DM me on IG. Hello po. Yes, Grab rate are extremely cheap and affordable. I relied mostly on it to reach my itineraries coz I didn’t see much public transpo. Stay in Batam Center or Nagoya it’s near the attractions.

Shared po ang kusina at cr kapag small/medium/balcony ang nirent niyo po. Shared with other housemates. Usually complete naman ang set up sa kitchen pati washing machine and depende sa owner they provide weekly or biweekly cleaning ng common/shared area sa unit.

Few questions: 1) What is the main difference beteween Batam and Bali ? 2) Is Batam cheaper than Bali ? 3) Is I Batam Hotel a good hotel (Breakfast buffet, location, near convenience stores and public transportation, etc) ? 4) Can I use Grab in Batam ? 5) Where can I buy a SIM Card as soon as I arrive in Batam from Singapore ? Hello Antonio. Thanks for watching. Below are the answers for your questions from my POV: 1. Personally I think Batam is more laid back than Bali. It’s very peaceful. Also it is not very crowded which I really loved. 2. I think Batam is more cheaper because it’s not very touristry. Food and drinks are very affordable. 3. Batam 1 Hotel is good location wise. It’s very accessible to the main attractions in Batam. I did not avail the food coz I prefer to just eat outside but there is like a cafe/restaurant down the hotel and also convenience store. Nagoya Shopping Mall is less the 3km away from the hotel. In terms of public transportation, I did not see any. So I mostly relied on Grab. I actually asked one of my grab drivers regarding the public transportation, I was told that it was mostly bus which I did not try. 4. Yes, I only relied on GRAB interms of transportation. Grab rates are extremely cheap. Grab drivers are friendly and nice but some can’t speak english so it’s helpful to study basic bahasa. 5. If you are coming from SG, you’ll either arrive in Batam Center or Harbour Bay, I saw some stalls in the ferry terminal that sells sim card. I did not buy a sim card because my Malaysian Sim can register to roaming data. Hope I answered all of your queries. If you have more feel free to reply I’ll be happy to answer. Just a tip though, if you will go to Batam for Beach, try booking 1 day of your accommodation to one of their Hotel Beach resorts. Though they have free beached and the Infinity Beach club, Deep Sea Beach Club and Atlantis Beach Club are all amazing. You go there on a Daytrip and just buy a meal or drink you can enter. 🤍🤍🤍
