@unrealuser023 I have no experience yet in what is good or not, so I’m gonna do some research before hand of what would make sense as a store owner, but going there for the factory store and mostly the smaller parts probably like tiles etc

The inventory gets synced from bricqer to bricklink and to eBay, bricqer is the master in that regard. But yeah my minifigure stock is now on all platforms the same!

@@UnsortedBrick so there was not an option to put your whole Bricklink inventory on EBAY, with Bricqer?

There is, but for now I only selected the minifgures. As you need to take your own pictures for every lot and with the current eBay subscription I only have 400 advertisements included. So to test this will be the start!

I did the sorting with Mrs. Unsorted and that was about 2.5 hours, so let’s say 5 for sorting it. Then I did the putting away for 1 hour or so. Guesstimating it would be around 6 hours give or take!

I can't add them to the cart because they are not in inventory, we uploaded some and others went into an pile for later own use. We have some we could and want to part with around 5/6 signs for now. If you do place an order we'll add them to it! Just write a comment in the order that it's you!

Btw, are you able to provide a list of your sorting categories, so I know what categories to sort into when I process my next lot of used lego

Yeah it's a cool theme for sure but at times still a niche in the Lego market! I'll do a video soon on the use of the barcodes and labeling of the store. The reason I use it is mainly to make less mistakes when giving parts a spot in the store and not write down a wrong drawer/location number when tired or unfocussed! Have a great day too!

When starting a store it’s a balance of lowering prices against the average to get more orders and building variety of pieces to also get more orders, in the beginning you will have to compete on price to get orders. The bigger the selection of the store gets in variety the more orders you’ll get too and then at some point you can start raising prices. That’s only if you want more orders, if being patient is also an option then just focus on creating more variety in the store and the orders will come!

@@UnsortedBrick I have had 42 orders in 4 months I feel I am my own enemy because I need and want orders but my prices are at the 6 month value. The issue is that I am unable to get enough orders for a stable income but I have an overflowing backlog. 125 American pounds of used Lego and around 600 new LEGO set just for part out. I just don’t have the stamina or the help to upload all I have.

Yeah that’s quite difficult and working through used is a big task! When you don’t have the stamina and no help it can be quite difficult at times, but my advice would be to do a little bit every day, even if it’s one bag of partout. But given your injury I would also advice to see if Lego is something for you, as it’s quite intensive and draining at times to be busy with all the small parts 😅

The Way I get my store to work with enough profit is to put large Fee’s on small orders. The Big orders usually have some more expensive things in Them as Well so They by default pay normal wages with the right sorting system. Just a little tip for you.

Yep there is loads of ways to make it worth your while, that is if there is market enough in your country, relying on other countries can be more difficult 😅

Hey, I used to throw them out but now I keep them to the side, I’m still no fan of them getting back on the market and potentially buying them twice, but haven’t decided what to do yet
