Looks like it’s easier to convince her using this dwarf specific option my elf had to exhaust her dialogue and choose the right responses or she would start the boss encounter

What difficulty is this on? I really want the weapon behind this boss, but I'm only level 30 and I'm on Nightmare. If you're on Nightmare too that shows it's possible which is encouraging.

What the hell is that machine gun attack near the beginning.. what has happened to Dragon Age.
It's one of Rogue speciality trait. My rook is a Lord of fortune with Saboteur speciality. The machine gun is copy version of Qunari machinegun. Apparently the Qunari has more advance weaponsystem than Thedas (becahse the qunari don't rely on magic as much ). This remains to be revealed later in next expansion I hope. There are other continent other than Thedas. It's not confirm if this technology is from Qunari or the Executor.
