Sorry for the delay and thank you for your question. The PH range for this product is 1.5 - 13. While most water spot removers can be used on this product, we only recommend using harsh chemicals like water spot removers when absolutely necessary.

The diamond Glass is a very resistant coating. For the best results, use an ammonia free glass cleaner.

It is highly recommended to paint correct prior to install. If not you will need to polish and reapply the coating after the paint correction.

The best practice is to do it as close to one hour after the first coat as possible

Good question. If a garage is not available, you can still coat the vehicle out of direct sunlight. A covered area is always preferred. Note that being in an uncontrolled environment, the flash time will most likely be altered. Always do a test spot first to get used to the flash time based on your environment.

It should be used on faux/vegan leather. Most "leather" surfaces of vehicles nowadays are a form of sealed leather, meaning the surface exposed is not a genuine leather surface. If you are looking to protect a genuine (raw) leather surface use Diamond Leather instead.

No. This should be used only on natural leather. For Vinyl please use Diamond Interior.

This is much faster than painting another layer of clear coat. After painting another layer you're still going to want to protect the softer clear with a much more abrasion resistant layer. For that, PRO 120 SPRAY is the way to go. This product is offered in a hand applied version as well, for professional installation.

The composition of the coating can damage artificial leather. It can cause a dull look after time.

A second coat will help in making sure the entire area is covered. You can put extra layers on past that but it's not really going to increase the durability. Yes, wait one hour in between coats.

You should be able to remove it with a polish. You may need to go stronger than a finishing polish and pad. Depending on what polishing system you use, the pad/polish combo may not be aggressive enough.

If the vehicle is not going to see extreme elements within the first day after coating, you will not need to use this until six months or so after. If the vehicle is going straight out into harsh conditions apply a thin layer one to two hours after coating.

Any pH neutral car wash soaps or rinse less wash can be used. For maintenance, you can use an automotive all purpose cleaner to help remove contaminants from the surface. We are looking into developing a drying aid. At the moment there isn't one we recommend.

You are not going to get any added protection from another layer. If you feel like the protection is starting to wear off, another layer is easily applied to keep up on the protection.

If you feel like you had missed a spot during the first coat, you can do a second coat to assure full coverage was achieved.

If the high spot has been there for that long, you will more than likely need to polish that area. If it's noticed while fresh, you can reapply a little coating to the area and wipe it off again.

Yes, the Diamond Leather is permeable which allows conditioners to penetrate the leather.

There is not going to be any adverse effects, but you will not really see any benefit as well. You can tightly seal the bottle, use a bit of electrical tape around the cap, and store it for any needed reapplication jobs or if you find something else you would like to coat. The coating will last at least 6 months if sealed in the bottle.

Yes, it is safe to apply to plastic trim pieces, headlights, metal trim, and rubber trim.

It can be used. It will bond for a minimal amount of time. This will change the characteristics of the coating itself and you will have the characteristics of the quick detailer until the quick detailer wears off.

The PRO 60 system needs two layers of PRO 60 applied back-to-back. Only one layer of HYDRO is needed after the PRO 60 application. It is best to complete the application of the coating following the installation steps and time frames given.

Once the Professional Certification program launches, you can apply to be an installer of the PRO coatings!

This formulation is very chemical resistant and will hold up well on Canadian roads. The PRO products are not available yet but will be available shortly through certified installers.

Hello Rob! Currently the plan is to require completion of our certification program to gain access to the PRO products. To qualify for certification you must be a professional detailer, either run a shop, or perform work as a business / at a professional level. Things like a business license, insurance, etc would be things that would help qualify you if you have those. You don't need to be full-time to do/have these qualifications.

Any mild cleaners that are designed for use on leather and interior surfaces will be fine to use. If you routinely wipe the surface down with a damp microfiber (warm water) towel it will help keep the surface clean from dirt and oils.

Any standard glass cleaner should be fine, rinseless wash, or PH neutral soap while washing the rest of the exterior should work too! The hardest thing on glass coatings is physical abrasion, so scrubbing hard and using the wipers. Thankfully Diamond Glass is super easy to use and goes a long way so it's easy to refresh if you notice its performance starts to be reduced.
