Episode 45 - Living Authentically: A Farewell to 2024
As we wrap up 2024 with the 45th episode of The Afghan Experience, I reflect on the profound lessons this year has brought me. From personal growth to deeper connections with our listeners, this journey has revealed an unsettling truth: as a society, we are suffocating under the weight of mental health struggles, the fear of judgment, and a culture of silence. Many of us live lives shaped by pretence, ignoring our inner voices and true selves. In this special year-end episode, I share my learnings, celebrate what this platform has achieved in 2024, and speak openly about the need for healing and authenticity in our lives. Let’s break free from judgment, listen to our inner voice, and step into 2025 with courage, truth, and hope.

Episode 41 - The Afghan Nature Experience & Finding Peace in Imperfection
In the 41st episode of The Afghan Experience, I’m recording from an unexpected location-a hotel room, away from the usual control of my studio. This brought a fascinating realization about myself: maybe there’s a hint of perfectionism I hadn’t faced until now. It was a humbling moment, forcing me to let go of small details I couldn’t control and to focus on what really matters-sharing meaningfu...

Loved this episode 😍 Keep up the great work ❤
Love you Mozhdah Jan
Love your podcasts Ajmal jaan! What a lovely and down to earth person is Mozhda jaan! Where can I find the book you mentioned Ajmal jaan?
I'm sorry for saying this but I'm not gonna lie... she's so unsympathetic, opportunistic like her parents
I know this guy he smokes chars and doesn't have religion and he's hiding it his entire family has no religion and his mom was hazara 😆
What a waste of my few minutes to listen to this.
Total nonsense
For generations, we’ve been confined by both visible and invisible limitations restrictions imposed by societal norms, outdated traditions, and extremist ideologies. As a nation, we’ve forgotten what it’s like to dream beyond these constraints, to challenge the status quo, and to break free from this mental captivity. I appreciate you two talking about it this openly. We need this ❤️❤️❤️❤️
People are scared of trauma. Traumas can be a beautiful thing.
Beautiful and incredible Lightworkers for the New Earth.🎀✨🤍❤️🥰✨✨

❤️❤️❤️❤️
Kianoosh is a very honest and authentic person.
I am sure your podcast will help many afghans to speak up about their PTSD and seek help! 🙏

wow great
Thank you for sharing this Ajmal Jan. I can totally relate to this 😅
❤❤❤❤❤
Great ❤❤
Ali Jan you are Amazing ❤️
What is this Dawod guy saying ??? You don’t understand nothing from him and talking a lot of nonsense was better for the show if Ali etemadi was alone on the show this dawood guy is disturbing all the time with nonsense haiff
I agree with you. It seems like he’s trying to talk extra for no reason. It’s annoying tbh. I just wish the guests would talk only lol
@@marcgertowski1274 but also the reasons he give are not true. He is saying that Afghan concerts are less visited now because of not being nice and politics which each other also nonsense reasons but it’s not true , what im seeing is that there are now more visitors and more tashwiq almost all the Afghan concerts everywhere are sold out now! Even about his own business this guy is talking nonsense
