I can't agree with you yet, people were saying the same thing about Justin Fields the first two weeks, but this time Caleb Williams is showing signs of being a solid QB. The difference is the bears have a terrible offensive line and he is a rookie quarterback who had no time to sit behind a veteran and learn from them (such as mahomes). I understand what you mean but it's too early to call as they are 1-1 and lost to a very good team.
