32 ACP bullet mold modified from a Lee 32 cal mold
Yes, I know, it's just 32 ACP. I kept thinking about 32 cal and just combined them for some reason.
If you have some idea for something, or this isn't available on eBay right now, email me admin@wtsshops.com
www.ebay.com/usr/toondas is where you'll find these if they are still being actively sold. The link below will take you to the listing for the one in the video.

Переглядів 9 тис.4 роки тому
We decided to make a 12 gauge survival reloading kit that is extremely simple to use, portable and inexpensive. Here it is. It will be on ebay, but you can also email me at admin@wtsshops.com if you want to order one for $29.99 via paypal, or you want one made in whatever other gauge you can think of.

Post apocalyptic minibike now has a working throttle
Переглядів 1455 років тому
So, this minibike is being built mostly out of whatever we had laying around. It has an old Briggs and Stratton 5 horsepower motor. If you can't tell by how it sounds, it isn't exactly stock anymore. We're going to beat this thing mercilessly to see how it holds up, and then eventually start making minibikes for sale. They will be made out of new parts though. Unless someone wants one built out...

Prototype LED rechargeable survival lamp
Переглядів 346 років тому
This is just the prototype, and is obviously cobbled together from a store-bought lamp and a cell phone battery backup. This one was built because I hate D batteries, but it has given me an idea. We have a machine shop, so why not make survival lamps with durable, aluminum bases? Also, why not make survival lamps that aren't Chinese garbage? If you like the idea, let me know. Was this a .32 s&w long mold originally?

      The original 100 grain mold worked for .32 S&W Long, sure. That mold worked on anything that could use a .311 diameter, 100 grain, round nose bullet. That's just too heavy and it was a bit too long for .32 ACP. It was also for 32/20 and 32 Colt NP originally.

    I remember reading a review several aeons ago of a brass reproduction blunderbuss that was new on the market. Of all the loads the writer shot out of it, he got even more damage to the target than granite pebbles when he loaded spent .22LR brass on top of the powder's wad. Of course, he wasn't limited to the space inside a 12 Ga shell for his pellets.

    Hello sir, loved the video. Your speaking my language lol. My name is Jerry. And I’m attempting to form the first ever cannon golfing league. We play normal golf, but instead of clubs we will approach the hole using cannons. The green is larger, as is the hole. Does this sound like something that might interest you? If so, I would like to add your name to my list of potential players for the 2023 season. Thank you for the video, and for your time.

    If it has an overall length of less than 26" and uses modern fixed shotgun ammunition, doesn't that combination make it a destructive device or sawed off shotgun under US law?

      Not according to 18 U.S. Code § 921. This is not designed to fire a projectile. There's a reason I stamp "Blanks Only" on these, and it has to do with legality.

    Saw your items listed on eBay. Pretty interesting at many levels. Love the shop! Love the resourcefulness and make-do with what you have style. Basic materials, basic manufacture, good performance. Not sure about the ski mask at the end. Since the motor is nearly all core burning it is a very short, strong thrust pulse. Would be nice if there was a second, shorter spindle and appropriate ramming tool so that the initial core length was, say, half the length of what you showed so that the thrust spike would be about half as intense and followed by a low thrust sustainer phase, more like a traditional model rocket motor. I would love putting one of these on a test stand to determine the total impulse. Thanks for posting this.

    • @doubleweteesse8863
      @doubleweteesse8863 5 років тому

      The impulse power on a 1/2" BP rocket is enough to toss a red brick. This kit is designed to be as cheap to use and as foolproof as is physically possible. If you do buy one of these kits and then make any videos with it, let me know.

    Boy that thing has some rpm's. But if you are still around"(age of video)? I would like to know" what kind of centrifugal load this would take ? I would trade some of that speed to convert over to usable power. Ether that or convert/connect that to a liquid pump for generating electricity

    • @doubleweteesse8863
      @doubleweteesse8863 8 років тому

      +ultor europae Smaller projectile, less weight. This is also a phone book, not a dictionary. Your .44 should be getting better than 800fps muzzle velocity with 30 grains. That would certainly go through a phone book.

    • @MBsaturnus
      @MBsaturnus 8 років тому

      +Doublewe Teesse i cannt measure speed but i once tested on dictionary hard cover book about 2.5 inch thick, huge book, and it came to stop in the back cover, was completely flattened ball (pure lead). maybe testing it on phone books, but that little cannon definately got huge power, have you chronographed it?

    • @MBsaturnus
      @MBsaturnus 8 років тому

      +Doublewe Teesse what kind of lead alloy do you use? you think with normal pure lead it would penetrate that deep?

    • @doubleweteesse8863
      @doubleweteesse8863 8 років тому

      +ultor europae That hard cover probably had a lot to do with it. As far as this cannon goes, all we did was shoot it a few times and then put it on eBay. The power of this cannon was more or less an accident. It apparently hit a sweet spot with barrel length and caliber and was just crazy powerful. We have a machine shop that specializes in cannon barrels and that was just one of hundreds. We don't make the carriages anymore because people didn't like the look of the trunnion design, even though it is considerably stronger than what you'll get on a traditions or similar. www.ebay.com/usr/toondas

    • @doubleweteesse8863
      @doubleweteesse8863 8 років тому

      +ultor europae That was just random, recovered range lead. It was, however, all hard cast. I doubt pure lead would penetrate that deep.
