It's a nice machine but because it has the milk with that stupid hose it makes the machine look like crap, and until they finde a way to put the milk inside the machine it will always look like crap.

Don’t Buy It, it is sooo much trouble to clean. Every 6 months you need to take the machine apart with its many screws and clean the brewer properly or else Coffee will be bitter as mold builds up easily. The machine arte designed not too last very long, deliberately. No rubber seal’s anywhere causes coffee grounds to escape everywhere and mold grounds. Grounds go everywhere internally, which can affect the brewer, slows down, & eventually because of dirt build-up can damage itself. This machine was designed to only give you good tasting Coffee for only the beginning of 2 years, after that it’s designed to be serviced and parts replaced at a great cost. The, SWISS, as criminal as always……, that’s how you make money……

How can it be a 'large capacity for this machine'? its the actual capacity of the machine.

What is the difference between the j9.4 and the Z9? Does anybody know?

Thanks for the instructional video. Note it's pronounced Yura (with a Y sound) not Jura (with a J sound), at least on their own instructional videos. It's pronounced both ways in this video. :)

I just bought one, I am a bit disappointed in the Latte and Cappuccino temperature. Is it normal they are so not hot?

All these machines that automatically froth the milk, add it first, and then the espresso. I was taught that the espresso goes in first, then the milk, and then foam. I don't get it, why do they add the milk first?
