i think both skins are pretty! <3 i really like mercy with dark hair, but i’ve been especially waiting for jingle belle to come back since last year.. plus, i think the colors on jingle belle are more subtle, that's a good thing bc you can wear it even after christmas and it won't look too out of place. which one do you like the most? :)

you're doing fine for someone with few seasons played, i think you just need more time! i play mercy/ana, and sometimes, when i feel like it, i play zen. i don't play bap, but he's really strong, i think it's a good combination for you to play by alternating between him and mercy. :) here are some tips that can be useful: 1 - watch high rank mercy/bap players 2 - your job as mercy is to provide as much heal/dmg boost as possible so you should never be dead. if the enemy team has dive characters (like tracer, genji, sombra, ball), play on highground and try to always be in line of sight of the other support or dps so they can protect/heal you. pinging the enemy is a viable option if you're not in voice chat. if you feel like a teammate is extremely out of position, throwing the game, just let them die (it's ok to try to save them but if you think you can die during the process, it's better to stay alive). having two dead teammates (you + teammate you tried to save) at the beginning of a fight makes the fight extremely more loseable. your goal is to stay alive, if you see somebody throwing just mentally say "well, whatever. i can't save that, i will keep pumping heals on my teammates to keep them alive/damage boosting my dps" 3 - avoid rezzing when you're not sure if you'll get out alive, sometimes it's better to just stay alive 4 - rewatch your gameplays (vod review): just watch your own gameplay and ask yourself: how could i have stayed alive? should i have tried to rez them? maybe i shouldn't have used valk that fight, perhaps i could've saved it for next fight.. *i can't give you bap tips because i don't play the character but some concepts listed above can also be used when playing bap once you feel more comfortable with those concepts, you can start exploring advanced mechanics (e.g. jump rez) if you're on a losing streak, it's better to take a break and not force yourself to keep playing, especially if you're close to reaching plat. when you're leaving your current rank, the matches get harder.. you'll have to persist. good luck ♡

sometimes i like to find inspiration from edits on pinterest, photoshop tutorials, and i also try to bring my own ideas to find my own style. i'm not used to making thumbnails yet, so i’m still figuring out how to make them the best way i can. :c it's a compliment that you thought mine were inspired by her, i think her thumbnails are pretty and well-made. but i didn't take inspiration from eley, and i don't think our thumbnail styles are all that similar, but she is my mercy inspo, i love her videos/streams <3

don’t be sad, i totally get u, i’d love a buff too, but you can still have fun playing her; i’m not sure if you’re talking about ranked or qp; i think playing with a friend maybe might help you out?? i basically play ranked only as ana/mercy; they’re the characters i have the most hours with and it's possible to win matches by alternating between them, so i don’t mind swapping when needed. but what i’m trying to say is that mercy has A LOT of potential in certain matches. don’t give up playing her! <3
