We eat them as a dessert or as a snack in the afternoon. Eating waffles for breakfast is an American thing.

Maddie, I think you are a very good videographer. My wife and I are seriously considering retiring in MC and this was helpful. I had a similar thing happened to me on a train in Romania with some kind of lotion thrown on the back of my suit but I was so pissed when i saw it that the scammer fled. It sounds like you learned from the experience and have probably sharpened your counter-surveillance skills. Stay safe out there and make more of these enjoyable videos.

My fav thing about solo traveling is if I make a mistake, like...get off the wrong stop, missed a reservation or underestimatethe cost of something...I don't have to carry the guilt and stress if I were with a group. I only have to answer to myself and since it's just me, I can correct those travel hiccups quicker

I adore all your videos. I went to Amsterdam last summer, and both loved and hated it. Loved the VG museum, and the exhibition was beautiful, and touring Anne Frank House, but I had the worst experience in the coffee shop you mentioned. The vibes didn't feel right for me. Great tips! I've done solo travel a many times both in North America and Europe can't recommend it enough! Start small with a weekend away then build from there.

Hiiii so you weren’t technically robbed, pick-pocketed would be the correct term. (Robbery would be an instance where they were threatening you with a weapon) . But a lot of people use robbery in the wrong way or think it’s interchangeable with theft or burglary but they are different words for a reason!
